Let Your Yoga Dance is a Chakra based super fun yet spiritual combination of stretching, yoga, dance, play and rest. It is beneficial for body, brain, heart and soul.
It is accessible to different ability levels and people of all shapes and sizes. The class starts out with some easy stretching; then music picks up and we build energy thru the chakras dancing and playing and then ends with a rest period.
Sarah has taken Let Your Yoga Dance classes with Kelly Salasin in Marlboro for over 9 years and fell in love with it. For her, it is a great work out, stress reliever and therapy. She finished her training with Megha Buttenheim, the founder of LYYD, in August at Kripalu. Since then, she has taught classes in Marlboro and at SOBO.
